Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands) We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands via PostNL.

EU Shipping We ship to all 25 EU member states via UPS Standard. The shipping rate is €14.73 per order. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Customs & Duties For orders within the EU, no customs duties apply. For international orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply, but don't worry, we take care of that.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.
